Our morning was a typical whirlwind Wednesday - a quick breakfast, a lot of "Get dressed NOW - I'm leaving in 10 minutes!".....and so there I was looking for my socks in the closet and turned around just in time for Kalena to be vomiting right at my feet! That was nice.......somehow she did miss my toes! Landon kept saying, "she's sick, she's throwing up" and then started making gagging sounds too...it was lovely. Anyway, after we got everyone settled and cleaned up - it was a full scale sick day.
So, what does one do on a sick day? After some Motrin and a few episodes of Clifford, Kalena perked up and she and Landon spent time having tea parties.....
putting puzzles together...
...arguing, playing with play dough, grabbing toys from one another, chasing dinosaurs...
and finally sleeping. Shhhhhhh.........

We missed you tonight. Glad Kalena is perking up. I have a feeling our sick day will be tomorrow!
For a sick day, it sure looked like fun! I love the swords and Kalena's helmut! Hope everybody if feeling good now and that Brad is back in town. Mon. starts my trial by fire as Doug will be in Omaha for a week. HELP!!! We miss you guys!
