Little Lotus Flowers

Landon's school is like most schools with recess but they also have other choices for physical activities. During February, one of the choices has been yoga. I've actually never heard him talk about it or even do it until this week. One late afternoon, we arrived home and before we even got out of the car, he asked Kalena if she wanted to do some yoga. Kalena said yes even though she has no clue what it is :) Off they scampered to change clothes and get blankets. By the time I got in the house, they were all set up balancing, stretching, and doing the lotus flower.



It looked fun and what I needed at the end of a long day. So, I snapped a few photos and joined them.....ohmmmm.
