Weekend with Little People

What a busy weekend we have had and all with little people!

Started with a Chinook family BBQ and camp out Friday night at Landon and Kalena's school! Brad was in charge of the BBQ and we spent the evening cooking hot dogs and hamburgers for the potluck. There was a bonfire later in the evening and kids finally went to sleep around 11pm --- after eating several bags of marshmallows :) The next morning everyone woke to bagels and coffee and then after cleaning up the school yard and packing up tents, we were all home by 10 am!

Since we got home so early and the camper was mostly packed, we decided to head up the highway and go camping up the road.

We met up with friends and spent Saturday night at a BLM campground. The kids had a great time playing with Tessa, Zane, and Riley. They played for hours, running the dogs around on leashes, talking on the walkie-talkies, picking blueberries, playing with the campground water, and making forts and camps in the woods.

Having breakfast with friends outside is the best!

A good time was had by all and we are ready for our week of school ahead!
