Sunny Days

I just love summer - okay - well maybe it isn't technically "summer" where you are but it is definately summer here in Alaska. What else would explain the 70 degree day we had today and the fact that everyone is wearing shorts and sandals?

Today was one of summer days that you dream about in January....the kind of day where you just lay in the hammock and look up at the clouds. That's what the kids and I did most of this evening - while we watched Brad paint the deck :)

We also played a little t-ball (both kids have Uncle Jeff's swing!) and found lady bugs chasing aphids around.




This little lady bug was befriended by Landon and called, "Lucy".


Ah, yes...it's nice that summer is here.
