Alaska the Beautiful
Sometimes it is hard for people to ever imagine why anyone would live in this State....those dark, cold winter days, mosquitoes in the summer, bears, moose, and crazy people everywhere. What makes it so appealing? Well, this weekend was our reminder as to why we endure those dark winter nights, slap those mosquitoes, walk with the bears and moose, and endure those crazy people at Sam's Club. I call this post, Alaska the Beautiful, because sometimes, it's just so amazingly beautiful - that it takes your breath away. Check it out for yourself...

It still makes my heart leap to see the ptarmigan changing colors. Spring has sprung! I will never feel the same way about spring again. But Alaska surely is beautiful!!
